A Great QB matchup. Jim Kelly vs Todd Blackledge. Miami topples #1 Penn State 17-14. This is the original ABC broadcast and it starts out rather poor, not more than a 5.5-6.0 but after a momentary flicker about 3 minutes in it clears up to be a fairly decent version 7.5 to 8.0. |
