As you`ll see with my collection, I`m a lifelong New York Jets fan, but I enjoy collecting NFL games from all eras as well as other sports. I`m in the process of adding information on games in my collection, so bear with me as I update my list.
What I`m most interested in trading for:
1) Jets games I don`t have. Updated as of Feb., 2024, I have more than 600 complete or near complete Jets games. Interested in adding anything I don`t have.
2) Other classic NFL games from the 1970`s, 80`s and 90`s. My interest in collecting other team`s games sort of fades in the early 2000`s.
3) I have a smaller collection of other sports (listed) and would definitely trade for 1980s or 90s MLB, NHL or NBA games.
I`m ok trading DVDs, or transferring files online, whichever you prefer.
I use the numerical system as follows:
10.0 - HD transfer. Generally consider 1080i and above to be HD.
9.0 - A high quality SD recording.
8.0 - An SD recording with a little wear showing. Generally games I recorded in the 90s/early 2000s at LP fall into this category.
7.0 - Recording that shows definite wear and tear. Likely a copy of a copy. There are some older recordings where the color seems off and they fall into this area.
6.0 - Very noticeable flaws: tracking issues, sound going in and out, etc.
5.5 - Really rough. I`m usually interested in upgrading these games.
I try to denote anything I notice with the game, such as it being a player-to-recorder copy, any missing action or if the original was taken from an antenna (less clear picture).
