This game marked the final game for David Woodley to be the starter for Miami. His struggles to move the offense forced Don Shula to make a change and for the second time in three weeks, rookie Dan Marino saw game action. He made some good plays and threw a touchdown pass late, but it just wasn`t the Dolphins day. This would lead to him getting the starting job the next week in Buffalo, with injury the only thing preventing him from not starting every game through 1999.The quality of this game is poor. Jay Randolph and Bob Trumpy have the call. |
