BYU won an exciting game, 28-27, due to a blocked PAT with just a couple of seconds to go. A major contributor to the blocked PAT was a very controversial 15 yard penalty called on UW QB Jake Locker for tossing the ball up in the air after scoring the touchdown to bring UW to within one point of BYU. |
