The FSN ACC Sunday Night game of the week. Early in the season, this looked like a bad game. That was before UW turned around a 5-8 season by winning eight of their next nine games, coming into this game with a 13-9 record. NCSt was having a very good season, and were 16-6 heading into this matchup. It was a very good game that wasn`t settled until there were less than 20 seconds left. Brandon Roy rimmed out a game-tying jumper, and NCST went on to win 77-72 at home. Both teams made the Big Dance.
This game had Nate Robinson`s put-back jam that was in The Best Damn Sports Show`s top 50 dunks. |
