Titans defeat the Steelers 34-31 in OT to advance to the AFCC; weird happenings in OT as Titans kicker Joe Nedney makes an apparent GW FG only to have a Steelers timeout wipe it out, he then proceeds to miss the 2nd attempt only to have the officials give a very generous running into the kicker penalty; on the 3rd attempt the Steelers again attempt to call timeout but are told they don`t have any left (they had 2), and Nedney makes the GW FG; Tommy Maddox 21-41 266 yards 2 TD; Steve McNair 27-44 338 yards 2 TD; Frank Wycheck 10-123 1 TD. |
