Old time hockey at its best. A back-and-forth game, with plenty of fights in the second and third periods. Quebec dominates the 1st period, scoring a few goals, to take the lead into the dressing room. In the 2nd period the Bruins battle back to take the lead and win the fights. Quebec shows that they are no slouch and scores a late goal in the period to tie the game at the end of the second period. In the third period, each team scores a goal to force things into overtime. At aprrox. three minutes into ot, Randy Moller scores the game winner for the Nordiques. Plenty of goals by both teams. |
