Unlike their 1st Forum meeting on January 12, the Lakers dominate this game. In the 4th Quarter both benches get significant playing time. Ralph Sampson doesn’t play in this game for Golden State. Bryon Scott leads the Lakers with 30 points. Off of Pat Riley’s bench Kurt Rambis has a season high 17 points and 6 rebounds. James Worthy adds 15 points. For the Warriors their top scorers come off of the bench. Otis Smith who always played well against the Lakers has 20 points 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Terry Teagle adds 16 points. Winston Garland and Rod Higgens have 12 points. Chris Mullin only plays 20 minutes and scores 8 points. |
