The Lakers win their 15th consecutive game. But it’s not easy. The Warriors come in at 5-23 but they have a great shooting night. In the 1st half they shoot 59% led by Rod Higgins 19 points. The Lakers don’t take the lead till 10:10 left in the game on a Mychal Thompson put back of a James Worthy miss. Byron Scott gets hot in the 2nd half to bring the Lakers back. He has a game high 30 points. James Worthy has 20 points and another typical Magic Johnson game 20 points 14 rebounds and 8 assists. The Warriors are led by Higgens 24 points Terry Teagle adds 19 off of the bench. Ralph Sampson has 14 points and 16 rebounds. |
