Seattle was without Curt Warner who was lost the week before to a season-ending knee injury and San Diego would be without Kellen Winslow (contract dispute) and Chuck Muncie (undisclosed problem). As a result, old faces became new faces as Franco Harris played for the Seahawks and Pete Johnson for the Chargers. Bobby Duckworth caught a crazy 61 yard pass from Fouts off a deflection and Dave Krieg had his longest career rush in this game (37 yards). Charlie Jones and Merlin Olsen have the call. |
