There was an ominous story prior to kickoff that Billy Sims signed a USFL contract, but the Lions had also signed him meaning he would stay in Detroit. Jack Thompson had a huge day for Tampa, passing for nearly 400 yards, but it wasn`t enough. Frank Gleiber and Dick Vermeil have the call. |
