The Patriots and Seahawks were pretty evenly matched and it played out that way until Irving Fryar broke a tie score in the 4th quarter on a touchdown pass from Steve Grogan. This game would also break the string of 28 straight games with a touchdown pass by Dave Krieg, which was at the time second to the streak by John Unitas that has been broken several times in recent years.
