BERT JONES #7 I do not sell games. Please do not email me asking me to sell a game. I have been flying under the radar for a while but am back and looking to do some small deals. A lot of my stuff is not listed on the site (no holy grail type material) but I will work to get it back up to date as soon as possible. Please do not trade with me if you do not make exact copies of games. I do not want games or footage recorded from a DVD player to a DVD recorder. This results in a picture on par or worse than VHS. You can buy an external DVD burner off of Ebay for less than $60.00. I will be happy to trade for blanks if this is the case. Thank you. Thank you for checking out my list. I started recording things around 1988 when I got my firt VCR, a panasonic VHS. 6 VHS and 2 Beta`s later, here I am. This hobby has had two explosions, one around 1994-1995 with the internet bringing people together, and two, with the advent of DVD technology to make exact copies. I have been lucky to meet some great friends through this hobby over the years. I will usually try to work something out with trades. Part of the thrill of this hobby is being able to share "lost classics". I do not trade for VHS, unless it is Bert Jones era Baltimore Colts football between 1975 and 1977 that you or someone you know has had in their attic for the last 25 years! I prefer that you use brand name discs, such as Fuji, Sony, or Verbatim. A bit on my grading system. I try to be my own worst critic when it comes to games. I try to list any issues in the format category. Here is my rating system. 10- A perfect, flawless copy. IMHO, opinion, this can only be achieved by recording from a digital source to DVD in the best quality speed. 9- Very nice copy, some minor flaws. 8.5- Obviously a copy, but still very enjoyable. Flaws include lack of sharpness, ghosting, etc 8.0- Watchable. Usually recorded from a poor source (VHS multigenerations, poor tape) or three hour game shrunk to fit on one disc. 7- My lowest grade. For die hards only. I try not to have games like this is my collection. I am interested in NFL, MLB (especially Baltimore Orioles games from 1983 back), and University of Maryland BB and FB. I also love highlight films, Game of The Week, and homemade highlight tapes (one of a kind items). I am interested in more than what is in my Want List, so try me. I am also interested Hong Kong action movies(old and new) and UFC/Pride. Finally, I`d like to thank 2xbling, Panthersguru, captainmurphy, rcovertt for being great traders, mentors in the hobby, and friends.
